Terms and Conditions for Happy Grow Playground Workshops

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between Happy Grow Playground ("we," "us," or "our") and the legal guardian or parent ("you" or "your") of the child ("Child") participating in our play workshops. By registering for and participating in our workshops, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Workshop Participation

1.1 Child & Parent Participation: You, as the legal guardian, grant permission for your Child to participate in Happy Grow Playground workshops. You are responsible for providing accurate information about You and your Child, including any special needs, allergies, or medical conditions. You are also responsible for participating in the workshops alongside your Child.

1.2 Age Requirements: Our workshops are designed for children aged 2 to 6 years old. You must ensure that your Child falls within this age group to participate.

​

1.3 Behavior Expectations: We aim to provide a safe and positive environment for all participants. We reserve the right to remove any Child from a workshop if their behavior disrupts the experience of others, without any refund.

2. Workshop Booking and Cancellation Policy

2.1 Booking: Workshop bookings are subject to availability. To secure a spot for your Child, you must complete the registration process and make full payment in advance.

2.2 Cancellation and Refunds: We understand that plans can change. However, we operate with a strict no-refund policy. If you need to cancel a workshop, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. In such cases, we will offer you a credit for a future workshop.

3. Liability and Release

3.1 Safety: While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of participants, you acknowledge that participation in our workshops carries inherent risks. You agree to assume all risks associated with participation and waive any claims against Happy Grow Playground, its staff, or affiliates for any injuries or accidents.

3.2 Medical Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If we are unable to reach you, you authorize us to seek medical attention for your Child.

​

4. Photography and Media Release

4.1 Consent: By participating in our workshops, you grant us permission to photograph, record, or videotape your Child during the workshop. We may use these images and recordings for promotional and marketing purposes.

5. Changes and Modifications

5.1 Workshop Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to workshop schedules, content, or locations if necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes in advance.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Personal Information: We will collect and use personal information about you and your Child in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You consent to the use of such information as described in the policy.

7. Governing Law

7.1 Jurisdiction: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colorado.

By registering for our workshops and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not register or participate in our workshops.
